He has held several interim CIO and COO roles and has been involved in over 50 private equity, corporate, and strategic transactions in the US, Europe, and Asia.
David’s expertise is at the intersection of technology and operations. He has held senior positions with international accounting, audit, and consulting firms PwC (Pricewaterhouse Coopers) and EY (Ernst & Young). David is the founder of the alternate investment firm Cape Sierra Capital. He helps investors generate healthy returns by investing in real estate assets for cash flow and appreciation in the United States.
David received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He holds a Master of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. David grew up in Ukraine and Sierra Leone before moving to the United States to attend university. David speaks five languages and enjoys playing soccer, dancing salsa, snowboarding, and running. David has completed 10 marathons and lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with his wife and four daughters.
